High shear mixing should be avoided to prevent extensive breakage of aluminum platelets and results in loss of its
intended brilliancy. Tumbling of an un-opened container or applying gentle, low speed stirring with up and down flow
motion with proper mixing blade or with spatula by hand will be sufficient. Contact with press room chemicals that
have potential of corroding aluminum metal should be avoided such as high acidic or basic chemicals.
Contamination by Silicone flow and defoaming additives (normally used in regular UV coatings) has to be avoided as
it might result in de-wetting appearance. Consult with Henkel representative for proper cleaning and purging
procedure.
