Responsibilities
We are looking for vibrant people to join our Customer Experience team as Guest Service Officer (GSO) and Guest Service Assistant (GSA). Based at Kansai International Airport in Osaka, Japan, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a great experience when they check-in and board our AirAsia X flights. We would like to see people who are customer oriented and happy to work in a team, who enjoy meeting our guests from all over the world.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring smooth flow of check-in and boarding processes
- Confirming validity of all travel documents
- Assisting VIP and CIP at check-in and for all the formalities at airport
- Ensuring services provided by Ground Handling Agents are according to company standards
- Collecting daily passengers, baggage counts and submit the data for PSFC
- Monitoring all mishandled baggage and taking over these cases from 5 days after initial stage.

Requirements
Location: Kansai International Airport, Osaka, JAPAN.
FOR GUEST SERVICES OFFICER ROLE (GSO): Minimum 3 years' experience in Aviation industry.
FOR GUEST SERVICES ASSISTANT ROLE (GSA): Minimum 1 year experience in Aviation industry.
Other requirements:
- Fluent in both Japanese and English, both spoken and written
- Able to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Able to commute to airport by own means of transport
- Good command of PC skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent customer service skills
