•Managing the operational and activities of the unit.
•Supervising staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
•Working on manpower plan.
•Establishing employee goals and target, monitoring employee performance.
•Coordinating and working with customer to handle customer’s requirements.
•Mainly focus on W/H and Customer Services functions.
•Being responsible for staff meeting and duty assignments according to customer needs, issues, workloads and forecasts.
•Maintaining discipline and good industrial relations in the work place.
•Ensuring all working procedures is continually adhered.
•Organizing work distribution to ensure team members work effectively within all areas of the workplace and also to help provide a safe working environment.
•Defining job scope and performance criteria of section managers, supervisors and operatives.
•Monitoring and reviewing team performance to achieve continuous improvement.
•Ensuring that all operations are accomplished with minimum expense.
•Ensuring that there is no excess waste incurred during operational processes.
•Performing other functions as necessary or as assigned.
Qualifications :-
•Bachelor’s degree or above in any fields
•At least 5 year working experience, particularly in the function of Logistics in manufacturing field, freight forwarder or logistics service provider.
•Min 3 years in supervisor level.
•Ability to lead the team and being a good team player.
•Have coordination and Logistics planning skills (Shipment planning).
•Candidate must be matured, proactive and action oriented, possess strong data and analytical skills and able to work independently.
•Good English Proficiency.
•Knowledgeable in Oracle is an advantage.
•Proficiency in MS office software.
•Possess good communication skills and service minded attitude.
•Able to work in Eastern Seaboard IE, Rayong
