My apologies about all this back and forth confusion. I understand you wanted to cancel the order MO13254793, which I show it was, so it’s now labeled as incomplete. You then want to process a new order for the Sparq Powerbank 6000.
Unfortunately, the Sparq Powerbank 6000 is not available in Europe at this time. There is no way to place an order for that.
Also, I am very sorry to inform you it’s been past the 45 day refund policy. There is no way I can issue you a refund for your purchase. I can balance it all out and get a gift card issued to you in place of the refund. I know you stated earlier that you didn’t want a gift card, so we can also go back to what you originally wanted and submit for the order on the InvisibleShields through a traceable shipping method but we will require a different shipping address.
