Flight delayed for 12 hours and waited for 3 hours to contact EVA transfer counter. Finally, sleep on the floor in front of departure gate (no complimentary hotel room left for over night delayed). This is worst experience I ever had. I accepted flight delayed but disappointed with EVA that not well handled this situation. I feel the real selfish surrounding me and almost 99% of this people not follow the queue system. This is my lesson learn and no more next time
