The achievements in my work life of which I am proudest is I can do the job assignment to success as the company target. This is the one part that makes clearly human resources management system, reduce the operation costs and retain the employees to the company.
The unique role I played in bringing about a successful outcome is I get to implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and employee relations.
In addition, the company’s policy to prepare the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). I have been assigned to be responsible in this project and my job description is about job planning to get success to it. So, I have to prepare for community relations strategic plan, encouraging the social responsibility and CSR, image for the organization. I take a lead role in implementing CSR & community development projects with company’s CSR policy and direction, planning for implement and strengthen CSR projects and events according to corporate image strategies and arranging the 56-1 report to Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
I assign job to my team follow the job planning. If my team have a problem on working process, I support for the solve problem and summary all data for present on board meeting also.
