Regarding to your inquiry I would like to inform you that Shortfall document you have received from Bupa was updated. I crosschecked with Claim Department and found out that Shortfall were made by system after that we found that it was system error. Please be informed that this Shortfall amount was already reversed by Bupa, you do not have to pay for this bill since your Dental coverage still under budget.
