Chevron’s Healthy Heart Program, which launched in 2007, is a proactive program focused on reducing cardiovascular disease risk factors by offering an annual voluntary risk assessment and educational resources to employees and their adult dependents. We updated the Healthy Heart program in 2013, enhancing the incentives to increase employee engagement in the United States and Canada. Globally, we introduced tailored follow-up programs, with tools and resources that are defined locally, and integrated the program with existing worksite programs.
