15.2 ENFORCEMENT AND ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS
All construction activities on site shall be carried out in an environmentally acceptable manner as governed by the Regulations of Department of Environment and all applicable Authorities.
ALL SUBCONTRACTORS will ensure compliance with the The Joint Commission International standards (JCI) and Thailand Regulations, CLIENT requirements and avoid noise production during the execution of the construction work.
15.3 DUST MANAGEMENT
• Dust monitoring should conduct both prior to and during construction activities.
15.4 LAND USE
• Cleared surfaces adequately protected from dust.
16.0 EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN
Site HSE shall develop an emergency reponse program as Site Emergency Response Plan to be implemented on site, to cover emergency situations such as fire, gondola failure etc. and the emergency drill according to the Site Emergency Response Plan and the CLIENT Emergency Response Plan.
This is to ensure by Site HSE Personnel that everyone who are working at sites know and familiar with all possible escape routes from every points of operation / construction areas to the designated muster point.
