To promote on employee branding for GBS, we are thinking of which universities/faculties should be our target.
From Hi end universities, in the past year for example, we received only 3 associates for BAND 8 employees, one for RMS GO (K. Chat’s team), one for K. Som’s CR GO team and one for CR DA Young Leadership program.
Actually, we currently have priorities for “Mass recruitment” for Band 9-10 employees, which targeted universities are 2nd tier universities, different from Band 8 staff. This is due to our work nature and payment structure.
Therefore, for BAND 9-10 employees, we are thinking of two main activities to do in parrarel:
1) Promote employee branding among 2nd tier of universities via mass recruitments, like campus visits and career fairs. We will work with you to develop a plan for this. Also, we need your expertise to become guest speakers at universities as appropriated.
2) Improve on our Work Nature and Payment structure, so we can hire and retain these candidates in long term.
We may have more discussion on recruitment activities, Khun Gig, Khun Prae and I would be glad to brainstorm and find recommendations from you.
