The reason of my letter is I have a problem with my English. You know, I work with the Foreign Company and I should have fluent English, but I'm not.
Usually, I will take a call first and then transfer the line to another person. Sometime when I call with the foreigner customer. I want to help them. I try to listen them, but I can't understand them. Moreover, my customers rather came from Asia such as India, China and Japan. All of them have specifically accent, it's complicated to understand. I'm so bad.
