- Before the cutting of potato checking, if there are any defect in the vegetables
- Material is of right quality or not
- During production monitoring all the activities minimizing the spoilage
- Insuring that starch is fully washed and the chips are well cooked and de-oiled properly or not
- After cooking, de-oiled and after the adding of the salt and other additives they take some samples for checking the quality and taste
