Key Responsibilities in Finance:
- compile the periodical financial statements with management information and supporting documents
- supervise and monitor the work of subordinates in the work of compiling financial information and statements
- keep and maintain proper and complete set of accounting records
- assist, liaise and provide information to the Company’s Auditors for the statutory audit
- assist, liaise with and provide information to the Company’s Tax Consultants for the preparation and submission of Statutory Tax Returns
- liaise with the bankers regarding all banking matters
- compile and file the BOI annual financial reportings
Key Responsibilities in HR :
- be in charge of the payroll calculations and payments
- supervise and monitor the work of subordinates in the work of salary and allowance calculations, and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- be in charge of the preparation of employment contracts and the letters of undertaking for new employees
- conduct orientation on administrative and HR matters
- assist in the formulation of the Employee’s Handbook and advise the managers on the relevant government regulations and laws
- assist in disciplinary controls and morale building among the staff
- assist in the formation and improvement of HR policies taking into account of the ever-changing circumstances
- keep abreast with and advise the managers on the uptodate Labor Laws, rules and practices
- orchestrate any company social functions
- maintain complete records of the personal information of the staff
- maintain a secure, safe, hygiene and efficient working environment for the staff
- assist in the carrying out of disciplinary action where necessary
