3.1 fungicide residues and general parameters found in finished wines
the results of the fungicide residues in the treated wines(table 2) are well beloe the maximum values allowed for grape wine,so the use of these fungicides would not suppose any toxicological risk to the consumer,even when used in the most unfavourable conditions ,the maximum residue levels,as legislated in the EU for grape wine,since there is no spcific legislation for wine.
