training requirements. Training is an important component of successful
tourism and hospitality organizations. The government and other public institutions
play an important role in the provision of training (Cremers, 2013)
and in the improvement of tourism-orientated education. High turnover and
the relevance of the informal sector may involve difficulties in evaluating
the active labor market. (Rey-Maquieira, Tugores, and Ramos, 2006) The
ability to source and retain employees long-term is fundamental to improving
guest services in the hospitality industry. The importance of managing
lower job dissatisfaction and intention to leave is significant to the hospitality
industry. Hospitality leadership should reduce those undesirable employee
behaviors that might adversely impact other employees and reduce the costs
of actual turnover. The hospitality industry is staffed by a multigenerational
workforce. Integration is an outstanding factor in workforce productivity
(Nicolăescu, 2013a) and customer service performance. (Maier, 2011)
