Quick recap of the first day...
As always orders come in late in the morning, WH is full on new people, OMS making troubles in most of the countries and every one needs to adapt a bit to the new high speed machinery, we set up ... that's almost normal..;)
BUT, I also know all the good and hard work you put into your WH operations over the year and in the last days/weeks especially, and I am more than convinced that you all are super well prepared to get our WHes up to speed and achieve the targets you set yourselves!
Seems that most OMS issues are fixed, fingerscrossed we get a smooth 2nd/3rd day of IT, so let's ensure we push the hell out of our facilities today and show what we can do.
Therefore we have to ensure a constant and steady output during the full day, 24hrs!
As I mentioned earlier, pro active management of the order flow and people will be key to get there! Please follow up on this with your guys every day, every shift, with every team.
On another note, sadly we had an accident with a worker using one of our conveyor last night, so please also ensure the right training and behavior of the armies of temps during this time. Daniel will also send out a brief dos/don't for conveyor handling later today,
Many thanks to all of you and let's roll it the next days
