The Agreement specifies that the Employee shall be entitled to sick leaves for actual illness with pay not to exceed 12 days per year. Wouldn’t it mean that the Employee should not obtain any payment for the leave from the 13th day onward? Why does the Employer have to pay half of the Employee’s salary to the Employee for the leave from 13th day to 30th day?
Furthermore, will the leave have to be proportionated for the the duration during the commencement of the employment until 31 December 2015 as well?
