I have checked with Pichate’s team for the cause of unclear code. It seems that the quality of supplied ink had caused trouble to several unit of our inkjet coder. I need your support on the order, ink lot number, -etc- in order that we can be able to address this to supplier, in the meantime, the supplier has already cleaned tank and put in the old lot ink. No issue so far.
Please work in cooperation with Pichate for preventive action regarding to supplied ink quality.
