Per discussion with K.Laksana (Financial controller) on 25 Jul 14 as to whether any subsequent events have't occurred that may affect the financial statements as the followings:

- At the general meeting of the shareholders of the company held on 24 April 2015,the shareholders approved the appropriation of dividend of Bath 0.1 per share,amounting
to Bath 24.72 million.The dividend will paid to shareholders on 22 May 2015.
