The spleen and thymus indexes indicate the immune function
and prognosis of an organism. As shown in Fig. 1, the spleen and
thymus indexes of the model group are remarkably lower than
other groups (Po0.05).Both FCM and DCM markedly increased
the thymus and spleen indexes in the CY-treated mice in a dose-
dependent manner at 50,100,200 mg/kg;at the same dose,FCM
showed higher values of thymus and spleen indexes than DCM
(Po0.05), indicating that the FCM was stronger than DCM on
reversing the CY-induced atrophy of immune organs.
