Streptornyces corchorusii and Streptomyces rnutabilis were
grown at 28°C for 7 days on starch nitrate agar. The hyphae and
spores of each Streptonzyces sp. were suspended in sterile distilled
water and diluted to give 2 x lo6 sporesImL. Fusariurn oxysporurn
was grown on Czapek-Dox agar for 7 days at 28°C. Conidia were
suspended in distilled water and washed twice. Pseudornonas
solanacearurn was grown on nutrient agar at 30°C for 48 h. Bacterial
cells were removed and washed with sterile water and diluted
to a concentration of 2 x lo6 cells1mL (El-Said et al. 1982).
