4. Conclusion
The development of knowledge management (KM) and e-learning (EL) naturally brings both disciplines closer and encourages integration. There are several models that offer possible ways of such integration. Model analysis shows several integration ways and approaches, however, these models are not implemented in production environment and lack necessary technical specification and application support.
