The present study attempts to investigate the relationship between Locus of control (Loc) and happine ss through determining Loc orientation and measuring the rate of happiness. For this purpose 84 pre-elementary teachers in the city of Mashhad were asked to respond to three questionnaires including : Oxford
by using descriptive statistics and the main objectives of t nt a significant negative relationship between these two variables. Moreover,There were significant differences among teachers with various educational background regarding Loc and happiness.
