• Drive HRM operations, specifically; Payroll, compensation & benefit/welfare and Performance Management
• Manages payroll operation to ensure on time and accurate payments to employees and relevant reports such payroll report, social security filings, Provident fund documents are submitted to relevant agencies on time and accurately.
• Implements compensation strategies covering salary review, incentive, and bonus payment per C&B policies and guideline and handle expatriate compensation and tax activities.
• Leads Total Remuneration Survey submission and works with Regional C&B team to review local salary structure to ensure competitive compensation and benefits with market.
• Review company’s welfare & benefit and payroll reports
• Supports and prepares the company’s compensation and benefit budget plan.
• Design basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system, job description policy, promotion policy, etc) aligned with the corporate policy.
• Being responsible for all functions relating to Human Resources and to participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities.
• Maintaining and controlling other systems such as those relating to Performance Evaluation, Benefits and Welfare for all employees.
• Setting up policies and planning for Human Resource functions and Administration functions.
• Controlling payroll & the provident fund to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company’s policy.
• Managing all company compensation (welfare & benefit) activities.
• Preparing various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company policy.
• Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates on tasks; share/advise on problem-solving solutions; monitor/evaluate performance in order to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities.
• Manages and supports employee benefit program such as health and life insurance and relevant benefit policies implementation.
• Carries out special requests/projects and any other work as assigned.
