I absoulutely agree with Min especially the word 'Specific'.
As long as we all know that administration tasks are hard to mesure performance, more specific gives
more measurable to your manager, director and yourself as well.
(I believe the most important thing is whether you're satisfied what you do in your field and also think that
KPI is deeply related with it.)
To be honest, I don't think KPI you set up will be only tasks in your work place.
I'm not saying you're not lucky enough. I'm just saying that's the reality all over the world.
In summary,
Please list up what you really do and want to achieve within 2015 and narrow down those with details.
(I totally understand it's not that easy though.)
