Visibility: Public vs. Private
Private: by default, only accessible to the employee and line managers (above).
Public: accessible to direct report (one down) and line managers (above).
KPI/Goal: enter details that clarify the KPI/Goal and your role in achieving the goal.
Description: could be same as KPI/Goal field, or add more information to describe.
Measurement: enter the successful outcome of the goal, including quantifiable measures and milestones.
Weight: enter percentage to indicate relative importance to the overall plan. Total of all weights must add up to 100%.
Start/Due Date: Enter the estimated start and completion dates for the goal.
Execution Target/Execution Actual/Execution Unit: Enter a quantifiable measuring target for measuring/ tracking achievement toward the KPI/Goal. Execution Actual list the actual achieved value for the KPI/Goals.
Status: use drop-down menu to select the current status of the goal.
% Complete: track progress toward the completion of the goal.
Probability of Success: use the drop-down menu to identify the chances of achieving the KPI/Goals.
Task: add specific activities and target dates for completing the task.
