Dear Team,
It has been a while since our last teambuilding activities in July. It seems that we still have difficulty resolving work coordination and using poor communication within our HR team which adversely create negative relationships at individual and team levels.
Before we are going to another teambuilding event in Kao Yai to set our team directions and performance goals for 2016, I want our team to improve our communication, coordination and relationships related to work issues. We need to be open and professional to each and everyone of our HR team members at work. Next year business goals are aggressive and challenging. We must be able to support the business/operations to achieve our common goals.
I invite you all to have a face-to-face discussion as HR professionals to resolve team conflicts which may be due to gaps in understanding or practices related to HR workflow or legal matters. We must resolve how we tackle these issues together and become a united team. I also expect everyone to speak up and be positive in finding ways to solve our teamwork issues at this meeting.
