Pilates and Yoga Programs
The Club provides the most advanced group and individual Pilates programs featuring certified instructors and quality Stott equipment. From mat Pilates through to advanced reformer instruction, the Cascade Club uses holistic approaches towards improved posture, flexibility and improved core strength. Members enjoy these classes in the dedicated Pilates Studio, or in the Group Studio.
Cascade Club Yoga from various disciplines is featured at convenient times throughout the week accommodating members’ needs for stretching, deep breathing, flexibility and stress relief.
