World Safari is a combination of 2 educational games on the same game board. It is a geography-based trivia game designed to encourage children to learn about the various sizes, locations and characteristics of many countries in the world. It also seeks to familiarize players with the map of the world.
One game consists of players naming countries and capitals on the maps for points. A first-time answer scores more points than a second-time answer coming after a prompt. Scores are tallied when all the countries have been named.
The other game is played Cranium-style, where players must answer certain trivia questions aided by Visual Aid cards that ask for the location or name of certain buildings. When these are answered correctly, the player moves forward on the board. The player to reach the Finish square first is the winner.
