Why didn't you tell me in advance that the voucher you gave me would already serve as the reimbursement if ever I would use it? I thought that the voucher was to make up for the foolish mistakes you made:
1. a yellow nubwo speaker - you sent me another item giving me a note that the one I ordered was already out of stock2. a yellow nubwo speaker - you sent me a yellow box with an orange speaker inside
And now you're telling me I can't get my reimbursement? I paid 258 baht + 73 baht for sending it back via EMS. That's already 331 as compared to the 325 voucher you gave. You are already 6 baht short, not to mention the expenses I spent, time and effort to travel going to the post office to send back your crappy idiotic orange instead of yellow speaker. And I could have used another voucher code to get a discount instead of the short of budget reimbursement. Your service sucks!
I've been trying to tell all my friends on how Lazada is amazingly great even if they say otherwise. Now I'm taking it all back. I'm going all over everywhere face-to-face or at social media via Facebook, Twitter, Line shouting out how damn AWFUL you are!
