1. In a bowl, combine mashed potato, egg(1/2), salt and pepper.
2. Scoop mashed potato and shape into a small ball. Then cover with cheddar cheese.
3. Cover the ball with egg(1/2) and breadcrumbs.
4. Cover with bacon and put toothpick to fix.
5. Fry at 170℃ until golden brown. Serve with whipped cream and lemon.
