As the email was in Thai I could not fully understand it.
Anyway now I am made to understand that the dates below are actually when to submit and when we will be reimbursed.
Can I seek your understanding that within Monday to Friday we are to send for processing and the next Wednesday is the reimbursement? I asked this because if we were to go beyond Wednesday we will not have sufficient funds to manage our customers. Currently I have personally loaned the office 5,000thb just to manage this.
We understand the sudden resignation of Air and we want to support but will appreciate this support from you too.
