To that, she said: "It's tons better than 10 years ago for sure. I think that the resources are pretty great. It's not perfect but the support given for elite athletes whether para or not, is pretty good."
Goh was also game for less "serious" topics like favourite food, books and even a query on dating app Tinder.
When the cat lover was asked how her three cats celebrated for her at home, she said: "They celebrated for me by sleeping and ripping up newspapers at home! They're just so happy for me!"
Her favourite local food is wanton mee and she is desperately craving the one from her favourite stall at Pek Kio Market.
Among her more humourous answers was a response to a question about who has the better crying face - her, or team-mate Yip Pin Xiu. A photo of the duo crying tears of joy after Goh's bronze medal feat had gone viral earlier.
Goh's response: "(Pin Xiu) definitely. That's why I was hiding my face hahaha."
The Q&A session was extended for 15 minutes so Goh could have more time to answer the questions posed by Straits Times readers.
In signing off, the para-swimmer thanked readers for their questions but also for the support shown by Singaporeans.
She said: "These past couple of days have been such a dream and I am so grateful for the support everyone has shown me. Thank you for being a part of my journey."
