JOB TITLE: CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
General Summary
Provides customer service support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of order information in a timely manner. Initiates and/or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Prepares customer service summary reports. Co-ordinates the handling of difficult and/or unusual situations.
CORE FUNCTIONS
• Responsible with in-mall music and stand by at the information counters before shopping mall hours.
• 15 minutes after the shopping mall open and 8.10 p.m. Staff should inspected tenants to make sure that they open & close as shopping mall hours.
• Makes an in-mall's announcement according to open, close, public holidays and tenant's promotion following the procedure.
• Daily call to in-mall tenants for receiving the their posts from 5 o’clock onwards.
• Record lost & found report and keep the belongings to the safe cabinet.
• CRM's staffs should record individual daily report or LOG book everyday and send them to supervisor after finish work.
• Do the daily reports and inform customer or tenant complained to the departments which concern accordingly.
• Participates and provides expertise as a member of the customer service's departmental team. The team's objectives are develop and recommend changes to existing methods and systems to increase the accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness of the customer relationship management.
