Currently, there are many carrier errors faced by stores in their daily support in SfS in all markets.
While most of them are due to external errors, some invalid actions from stores may still affect the carrier connectivity.
As we try to eliminate ,as much as possible, our contributions to the carrier errors, please do remind the stores do to the following.
1. After printing the print ticket, do proceed to find the articles within the store
2. Confirm the articles found correctly and input the decline reasons, if any, accurately.
3. Then please wait patiently for the system to load.
4. Thereafter, please wait for the packing slip to load properly and completely.
5. Have a quick glance at the packing slip that all the articles you confirmed are there.
6. Then proceed to click print shipping labels once.
7. DO NOT click on the shipping label immediately after the new browser for the packing slip has open
8. DO NOT click on the reprint packing slip or reprint shipping labels multiple times. It will not quicken the process or rectify the process. Click on the button once each is sufficient.
9. DO try and be patience with the system.
10. DO email me immediately if the stores have any issues (pick ticket, packing slip, shipping labels etc).
Also do remind the stores to always print their copies of the pick ticket and packing slip for future reference.
If possible, do also print a copy of the shipping labels in A4 paper as reference that the stores have passed their orders to the couriers to minimize any dispute.
