Thanks for the video, use it every morning. Finding it helpful with general focus and energy levels. Meditating to Gamma frequencies is problematic because incorporating 2-3 into a daily meditation is like brushing one tooth a day, the range is so wide. Been hoping for a while now that someone would upload a full spectrum Gamma binaural. Brilliant job! Thanks again.

+Mess macebral Solfeggio frequencies have their origin in the ancient times there are a couple of specific frequencies that seem to have balancing or healing effects. Binaural beats use to beats to create a third beat (the difference of the two) in the brain. let's say, base freq is 108 and the other 100hz. so you get a 8hz theta wave. You can also combine them. take 741hz as base freq and a lower one in order to create a binaural beat based on a solfeggio frequency. I hope it's correct and helps you further! cya! ;)

This is sooooo useful for finding the "right" gamma frequencies, I think everyone has ones that work better for them. (just add 40 to the time on youtube for the binaural hz)

This is perfect. What I've been looking for. My concentration was beyond excellent with this during meditation. Since I'm still a novice, hopefully this will help me to reach a certain level. Thank you! I will probably thank more if it continues to be effective! PS as for the description, I think you meant +0.1 Hz per 6 seconds. ;) PS2 I had to lower the pitch from A= 440 Hz to 432 Hz using Audacity.
