The objectives of the research were 1) to study the administrative conditions of the primary school administrators; 2) to compare the administrative conditions of the primary school administrators in the opinions of the teachers as classified by educational qualifications, working experiences and school size; 3) to study the guidelines to enhance the administrative administration of the primary school administrators. The samples in the study were 317 teachers in the academic year 2012. The samples derived by a simple random sampling were determined by Krejcie and Morgan’s table. The research instruments were the questionnaire of a five-rating scale and the interview. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, F-test and Scheffe’s method.
