Provide a range of Human Resources services across the company.
Responsible for day to day implementation of health and safety initiatives within the company.
Ensure employment conditions incorporate cultural requirements.
Administrative tasks across range of all HR services.
Arrange and coordinate recruitment, selection and engagement of staff including directly and/or in consultation with an employment agency.
Prepare and place advertisements for vacant positions in local newspapers and other appropriate media, including internet advertising.
Interview applicants, process application forms and provide information to potential applicants regarding their application.
Arrange referee reports and related reference checks including security checks on recommended applicants where appropriate.
Coordinate job offers, providing contracts of employment.
Arrange Visa and Work Permit, accommodation for Expatriate and family.
Implement Payroll System, prepare and process payment of wages and salaries and maintenance of related records (weekly and monthly).
Conduct orientation and induction program for new employees.
Assist with counselling sessions related to adherence to conditions of employment.
Maintains all personnel records and statistics.
Maintain pay records, associated time keeping data and statistics, leave records and related information.
Arranging employee training (in-house & public).
Work to approved procedures and ensure others to do the same.
Support and participate in improvements to work processes to minimize risks.
