These results are supported by M Karthi et al on efficacy of endurance training on deep cervical flexor muscles using pressure feedback in mechanical neck pain. Between-group and within the group analysis showed a statistical and clinically significant difference in terms of endurance.10 Another recent research finding goes in line with the current study findings. They provided evidence that DCFs training with pressure biofeedback was more effective than traditional physical therapy for improving neck proprioception, pain, muscle strength and dizziness in patients with cervical spondylosis.
