According to a piece of advice on an effective interview, from my points of view, “in the interview, what qualities are you looking for” is the most useful advice in the text. Because in the interview, the main purpose is not to determine who is clever, nicer or more hard-working. It is a process to find a person who will most be loyal and give one hundred percent. In the interview, a company tries to find a person who the qualities the company needs and who understand what having a job means.
