Along to discussion on phone , BIGC found that we are unable to deduct the deposit basket fee from S.Khonkaen for few months thus could you please help to take action below step urgently
1. Please issue invoice to clear basket deposit within August 2015 and let the payment date which BIGC is necessary to specify into that invoice instantly.
2. As we know and check from account, it is found that there are 4 vendor codes as active one. In parallel, please kindly help to contact with our Fresh DC team instantly for updating and openning active account (main vendor codes). It will help to reduce problem of S'khonkaen 's debt on basket rental/deposit with BIGC SCM instanty.
Let take urgent action soon.
If you have not cleared the debt to BIGC SCM Income within this August 2015, BIGC SCM has reserved the right to hold in letting S.Khonkaen in issuing basket from Fresh DC since 1 September 2015
