Defining the service.
The first step is to identify what service the club has to offer. What attraction does you club have: a team in one first division? A new water-based pitch? Define the service according to your club plan,if you are trying to attract more juniors,Let them know that there is a good club in existence and qualified coaches.Try and be as explicit as possible about what the club has to offer, as the your main selling tool. What makes your club so attractive in comparison to other clubs or other leisure active?
