Lay hot dog buns out flat on cooking sheets for a day, turning so that both sides are completely dried out. Tear up buns into 1-2 inch pieces. Boil turkey parts in a medium sauce pan until cooked through, adding additional chicken bouillon to add flavor. Let simmer on stove until ready to use. Cook pork sausage in a skillet, chopping it up into fine pieces. Drain grease, and set sausage aside. Put grease back into skillet, and saute the onion and celery until tender.
