and satisfaction and supporting his team in this regard through

- Assisting in the design of the hotels tours and activities and
food and beverage offerings
- Overseeing and managing all departments, working closely with
department heads on a daily basis
- Monitoring customer satisfaction, spending time directly with the
guests and ensuring their needs are being met and expectations
exceeded
