During the execution of each sprint, the team meets daily in 15-minute meetings to track work progress and schedule other meetings, if necessary. At the Daily Scrum, each Team member answers three questions: What have you done on this project since the last Daily Scrum Meeting? What will you do before the next meeting? Do you have any obstacles? At the end of each sprint, the team presents its results to the stakeholders. This presentation will guide the inspection of developed functionalities and possible adjustments to the project. At the end of the Sprint, a Sprint review meeting is held at which the Team presents what was developed during the Sprint to the Product Owner and any stakeholders who wish to attend. After the Sprint review and prior to the next Sprint planning meeting, the ScrumMaster also holds a Sprint retrospective meeting in order to encourage the Team to revise, within the Scrum process framework, its development process to make it more effective and enjoyable for the next Sprint.
