• Provide concierge assistance and information to guests during their stay.
• Coordinate guest check-in and check-out.
• Provide resort tours for guests.
• Check and obtain daily VIP lists, daily earning breakdowns and daily arrival lists from the Night Manager every morning.
• Assist and coordinate with guests regarding external trips, e.g., sightseeing and shopping.
• Assist guests with general daily enquiries, e.g., local places of interest and resort information.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding special guest requirements, e.g., VIPs, loyalty programme, flight bookings, medical arrangements, etc.
• Handle guest issues and report these to the Guest Relation Manager.
• Be aware of resort activities, e.g., promotions and special events.
• Participate in resort activities.
• Prepare documents and reports as required.
