Responsibilities :
- To prepare and arrange the manpower required for the daily operations.
- To supervise the personnel in the production line, ensure efficiency at work and to monitor work.
- Control Production Output each process for the daily.
- Information daily production scheduled and data other to Lead morning meeting for the daily.
- Control Line balancing for the daily.
- To prepare report OEE% Tracking daily ,weekly, monthly and yearly.
- Control Internal PPM & Scrap rate for the daily.
- Consolidate & Verify daily report of each process for the daily.
- To prepare all of document support production Line (Daily check sheet, Job request etc.) for the daily.
- Update FMDS & Consumable cost control Board for the daily.
- Verify Quick problem solving in shop floor and quick action for the daily.
- NBT Meeting participate for daily.
- A3 Problem solving & NCR Participate for weekly.
- 5S, Safety and Layer process audit and Close issued for weekly.
- Update skill matrix for monthly.
- Follow up CCCF & Kaizen for monthly.
- Communicate monthly KPI result to team and KPI Presentation report for monthly.
Control and Tracking KPI of Department.
- To check and maintain records according to ISO standard.
- ISO/TS16949 Internal Audit& close issue, ISO14001 Internal Audit & close issue and standardize work audit for monthly.
- Inspect and maintain the machinery to ensure zero operation breakdown.
- Follow up by checking the labeling is correct and affixed correctly.
- Verify and ensure the daily finished products are transferred to the storage area.
- Keep stock and monitor the materials and parts issued to the production line.
- To request item to be purchased for usage in production.
- To ensure safety procedures are followed strictly.
- Develop team leader and team member for yearly.
- Create Job rotation plan and follow up for yearly.
- OJT & Training to team member.
- Follow MOS Standard.
- Process Trial new model or engineering change.
- Work in a manner that will not endanger anyone. Report injury or illness immediately.
- Help new employees recognize job hazards and follow proper procedures.
