The desired outcome of the second language is a meaningful use of language, and the opportunity to use the language increases, so does the ability to learn. Klein (1986, in Kitao 1998) also pointed out that interaction in the language gives the learner more opportunities to learn. Frizler (1995), Warchauer (1996) and Nunan (1998) claimed that the use of the Internet for communication provides more equality of opportunities as well as more opportunities for active communication in the language. They are mentioned that the use of the Internet it seem to be with the current trend of the language learning, which is the communicative approach.
