As shown in Table 4, motorcycle commuters idling at traffic
lights had concentrations of PM10, PM2.5, and PM1.0 that were
significantly increased by 5% (98.8 to 103.9 μg/m3
), 6% (53.3 to
levels of moving motorcycles. For bus commuters, PM10 and
PM2.5 concentrations were significantly increased by 5% (from
59.8 to 62.8 μg/m3
), and 2% (from 35.7 to 36.5 μg/m3
) when the
doors were opened compared to closed doors.
