This is a collection of knitted structures with a self supporting value, challenging the way knit behaves by exploring various materials and finishes, further creating a structurally firm yet comfortable knit. Personal observations of contrasting curved formations and rigid angular lines in Copenhagen's architecture, explored to create a range of knitted samples and architecturally sound garments. The main focus of this collection is based on surface quality, using a contrast of hard surfaces against soft brushed surfaces. Observations of various metallic surfaces such as silver, stainless steel and aluminium throughout the collection, resulted in a minimalistic feel, experiementing with innovative material processes using unconventional media.
